This morning I turned on my PC and I saw a message on my monitor saying that my Bios was corrupted. The bios automatically launch the backup and everything went fine. But now the USB 3.0 ports only work in the Bios or in safe mode. Right now im using the two usb 2.0 ports I have for my keyboard and my mouse. My motherboard is a Gygabite Z87-D3HP. I tried to re-install the usb 3.0 drivers on the official Gygabite website.

I would suggest resetting the cmos as that resets the bios to factory settings so whatever corrupted it would get reset (in theory :) )

make sure the cmos a side is fine. download the newest bios file for your mb unzip it and then use the onboard bios updater to update the bios dont use windows or it will kill the bios chip. you have to run the update 2x to make sure both a and b chips are updated. when done make sure under usb that usb had off is set to full/on so that both the usb 2.0 and 3.0 ports come on. if there are 3 party asmedia ports make sure there turned on in the bios.

I tried your solution but unfortunately it didn't worked.. my bios is at version F7 now and I see more options for USB 3.0 and legacy's USB but everything is at enable.
