I want to fir st thank everyone one here for helping me get this far. I've been using your forums and website to help me with my build, but I've ran into a snag that I can't find an answer for.
I read the sticky for builds that wont post,also the no post check list and did all of it. I've read my manuals and I've ready other posts. My components include:
FX-8320
MSI 970 gaming AMD 990X
Stock cooler
8G apotop 1600 RAM
MSI GTX960 2GB
ACBEL 80plus 500W
I've tried removing the RAM and have beeps
I've tried removing the card and ram and still nothing.
I get the same outcome no matter what I try.
I've removed the heatsink and reset the CPU.
and i ve done some troubleshoot GPU works great

anyway have you updated the bios as for my motherboard I had to update the bios to support the cpu (I have an i7 4790k with an asus maximus vii hero)
