Can't install Windows 98 or ME to LG LS50a

I can't install Windows 98 or ME on 2004 model old computer. My laptop is LG LS50a. I even installed 2000. After I formatted the laptop with Windows 98 or ME it doesn't open the install (KUR.EXE) and I see a black screen. It doesn't do nothing. Why?

Wow never heard that one before Win XP is prob the best OS made to date 7 is maybe better but needs more hardware XP was a lean mean and did everything and still does that a buisness and home user needs. i guess im not much help have not installed 98 or ME in waaay to long. i will say i did like ME even though most did not. It was a precurser to XP felt allot like it.. oh well good luck.
