Your power supply is good quality, mobo is good for budget, cpu/gpu are matched well for your budget.
Im partial to Gskill over Kingston for memory, outside of that I would not change anything if I was building this for myself or friend/family with your needs/budget.

Naturally an i5 and a higher end GPU would be better but for your budget you got as good as you can get.

At 1080p should be able to do anything on medium to high at decent frame rates.
At 720p should be able to do high-ultra.

Based on experience with this card, btw my brother is running this card as well and hes using an i5 3570k stock, he got around 45 min fps and average of 55-60 FPS during gameplay. This settings is High to Ultra at 1080P so not fully maxed out with medium anti aliasing! I hope I helped you enough that you'd give someone the best solution.
