Computer won't boot up from usb/cd

I got a question! I just reinstall like 3/4 times my pc to windows 7! But i wan't windows xp, so i bought a usb to boot and my pc won't boot from the usb! I got the problem also if i want to boot with a windows 7 cd!

Computers don't boot from CD or pen drive by default. You have to go in to BIOS Setup and put that device at the top of the boot sequence
in the 'Boot' section.

Or you can select that device from the 'Boot Devices Menu' at boot time by pressing a certain key, usually F12.

Iknow how to boot, my brother did it already 3/4 times but after that 3/4 times it won't boot anymore! And i like windows XP more then windows vista/7/8
