I have two Samsung S24B300 monitors @ 1080P, 60Hz running on an Asus GTX 780 Ti. My primary monitor works as intended and appears to be 60FPS on everything, but my second monitor looks like a choppy 30FPS despite in-game FPS counters saying otherwise. Does anyone know the cause of this? And yes, Vsync is disabled. The main monitor is connected via HDMI, and the 2nd is using DVI to VGA.
I checked via NVidia Control Panel and both monitors are shown as 1080P @ 60Hz.
