Hi, i'm looking for a replacement for this part so that I can use it in an old gaming case that I've been painting. I'm having trouble finding it anywhere online (which is probably because i'm not sure what to call it) and was wondering if any of you know where I can buy one. I would highly prefer the replacement to have USB 3.0. Also, I won't be using the port on the right of it (which i'm guessing is firewire), however due to the shape of the hole on the front panel of the case I would prefer if it had whatever port this is rather than a second USB port.

That came from the front panel of a case I am assuming? There really isn't a "standard" for those, your best bet would be to look to the manufacturer of the case you took it from and see if they still sell it as a repair part.
