Hey, I'm looking for a really cheap 1080p monitor.
Requirements:
-MUST be a reputable brand preferably available on amazon.es or any site that ships to Portugal.
-THE resolution must be 1080p and between 20 and 24".
-IF it is TN panel it should be high refresh rate, otherwise It should really be IPS.
