Server Matchmaking issue CS:GO

Starting last month, I have been placed in west coast US servers for EVERY SINGLE GAME I PLAY, whether it is competitive or casual, leading to me usually having 120 ms ping throughout the match. This is an issue for me, as I live in Ohio. I never have had this issue before, but it seems that it now happens in every game I play. My maximum acceptable ping is 50 ms, and I even clean installed the game 2 times on my PC with no luck. This disadvantage I am experiencing is really causing me trouble while I play. Keep in mind that this NEVER happened until last month, and happens in every match since. It happens both when I play alone, and when I play with others who live in my region. It seems that the game thinks I live in the West Coast, as it matches me there no matter what time of day it is, or how high or low I set my maximum ping to. Help would be appreciated!

Did you install a proxy service or vpn type software to hide your true ip address or location?

google whats my ip and the first thing on its search results is your public IP See if it matches the (wan) ip your router shows. if it doesnt then 'somebody' did something...

It does. Note that this ONLY happens in Counter Strike: Global Offensive and no other games. All other multiplayer games correctly match me up.
