My first SSD doesn't seem to be that fast?

I just got a new system all up and running, got my first SSD with this one, and I am just not feeling like my boot times are that amazing. So right now when from turning the power on to fully loaded windows and ready to go its about 20 seconds, and I am feeling like this isn't that big a difference from a regular HD, maybe its because I haven't had a gaming desktop in so long. Is that a good load time? Am I being to picky or whats up here? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

What are your specs?

What do you have on the SSD , Just the OS?

AMD-FX 6300 OC'd to 4GHz (friend that setup the computer did it for me)
Corsair H60 Liquid cooler
1 Gskill DDR3-1600 8 gig stick
Kingston SSDnow V300 120GB 2.5
500 GB 3.5 7200RPM HD
Asus GTX 660 2gb
800W Corsair PSU
Windows 7

I currently have the OS, Starcrat 2, League of legends, Steam and Minecraft on the SSD, everything else is on my HD, I think the SSD is between 3/5 and 3/4 full. I think I got all the relevant information on this post, let me know if I left anything else useful to this out and I'll update it.

I can keep it to just the OS which would be like 2/5 of my SSD and not much of a bother to me actually, but do you think a 15 second load time is an SSD appropriate time or HDD? If that makes sense, I guess I am saying I don't really know what I should get out of an SSD so I'm not sure if I am looking for something unrealistic, or if it is slow.

Perhaps due to my unfamiliarity to SSD I am looking at a speed that is probably pretty optimal and regular. Alright I think I'm chasing ghosts here. Thanks for your time to share some knowledge with me SR-71.
