Confused about Power Usage % and GPU usage %

Hi all,

As the title says what's the difference between the two. I know that it is a good thing when GPU usage is near 100% but what about power usage? Is lower better?

Pretty simple, GPU usage is how much load is being put on it. And power usage is how many watts it's using. If your running stock then don't worry about it. Lower is better for power but higher is always better for gpu usage (basically, if you can't max a game out at your monitors resolution and refresh rate AND the GPU is below 99% load then something is Seriously wrong).
