So i recently got a Lenovo G505S Laptop and 95% of the games im trying to play i have to play on low settings. And roughly get around 15-30 FPS or less which is not making sense to me at all

Games I play: SC2...Watch Dogs...Heroes of the Storm

I have Uploaded my dxdiag to dxdiag

I do not know how to overclock my cpu or anything so i have no tried that. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Have u searched to see ur notebook performances in this games or u are just posting this here? Taking in consideration what games u are playing is absolutly normal lol, it is a notebook not a gaming PC.

Edit: One more thing this model of notebook comes with 3 different cpu's, state ur system description.

It's actually no wonder they run slow. It's an APU-based system running with an integrated mid tier GPU.

Low settings and resolutions will be necessary to achieve a smooth gameplay, and you'll likely achieve it only on older games. Any relatively new game will probably play close to what you expect only at lowest settings and at 1024x768, or even 800x600, but it's not guaranteed it'll be smooth....

As for WD, the game is just badly optimized...had to keep medium details with my hardware, can't help but imagine an integrated will struggle badly...

Alright well lets take WD out the picture. Any way to fix the low fps for blizzards games? I can run Dragon age inquisition on Medium settings with a average 30 FPS

No chance.

Drivers up to date? Check. You're on Omega, which is pretty much fine for anything not being a W10 tech preview, and you own W8.1.
DirectX libraries updated as well? Check. DX 11 is detected as installed, so I'm assuming it's up to date.

I think I saw an OBS-related error report there. You don't have enough juice to record/stream, and while I don't know how it works precisely, it might still be trying to buffer stuff out of your game. Keep it closed, just in case.

The only thing left (at least IMO) is with energy saving settings. Click on the battery tray icon and set your energy profile to high performance.
Otherwise, as Dragos Manea said, no chance, or more precisely no chance besides changing hardware...

The dxdiag already tells it's installed, look at line 16 on your pastebin.

As per usage, it depends on the game. You don't get to choose to use it unless the game itself supports it, and if it supports it you likely have either an in-game option or multiple game executables. (e.g. Devil May Cry 4 lets you choose DX9 or DX10 at launch)

Regarding OBS, just make sure it's off if you're not streaming from your console, and run it on a per-use basis. I repeat tho, it's just an extra step I woukd take because I don't know how it buffers video data; if it was doing it even while not recording, it would add useless overhead on the system, likely slowing stuff down.
