Can I run GTA 5 on ultra? If so, what kind of FPS will I get?

55-60fps at least, just driving/running around I would guess around 71-77fps.

This also depends on how high you push the shadow, view distance but you can pretty much play it on full ultra without any troubles.

(taking into account I am estimating you are running a single monitor not multi monitor resolution)

You will have no problem what so ever. your gpu and processor are good. I would recommend searching up some gtx 970 (desktop model) benchmarks for gta 5 and then take 80% of that framerate. then you will be able to get the framerates on your laptop. (around 80%)
