I m not going for a custom water cooling loop anyway.
maybe i will go 2 or 3 way sli but not more
Do i stiill need full tower case for all in one water loop or high end tower air coolers?
or I m better off with mid tower case?
also which is the starting price for a full tower case?

If you gona OC ...then go for quality FULL atx case with proper internal cooling ....if you are not gonna OC and if you live in cool parts of the world ..aka summer temp reaches around 30 C ....then an standard 60-80$ case is more then enoght no need to spend extra $ on pro gaming cases

there is no need for custom water cooling systems with the new nvidia 970-980 gpus ...they are extremly heat efficient

You do not need a full tower for an all-in-one cooler! There are many mid towers that can hold a 240mm radiator, and some that can hold a 280mm. READ REVIEWS; They almost always tell you which size radiators they can hold.
I personally like full towers for their room for expansion, but to each their own. Size of the case will have little effect on a water cooled component temps because the heat is being dissipated outside of the case anyway. It will however have an impact on every other component. Hope this helps.
