A few questions about '192 bit', 'OEM' and whether I can run my desired GPU

Hi there. I'm hoping to upgrade my current GTX 560 right now to a few possible cards and had some questions I'd like answered before I do so.

Motherboard: Asus P8Z77-V LX
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64
RAM: 8GB
Memory: WD 1TB 3.5 inch Internal Hard Drive
CPU: Intel i5 3570 @ 3.40GHz
PSU: Corsair Builder Series CXM 600W Modular 80 PLUS Bronze Certified

Based upon my above system specs can I run the following cards? (Particularly, my PSU)

1) GTX 970
2) GTX 770
3) GTX 760

My second question is a bit more technical I suppose. When browsing though the GTX 760 page on Nvidia's website (http://) I see that there are two additional variants of the card: 192 bit (OEM) and Ti (OEM). I know what the Ti is but what relevance does 192 bit or OEM have? How does it affect the card and which is better?

Thanks

(Most likely going to be getting a 760)

the OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer .....aka its nvidia reference 760 ...not ASUS 760 ..... cards that have been modified by other comapni besides the orignal manifacturer are not OEM
