gigabyte ga-990xa-ud3 vs asrock 990fx extreme3

Hello guys and happy easter. I wanted the asrock but will need to wait 2 months or so, so i have a good offer on the gigabyte one. Should i buy it or wait for 2 months? Any way i have AMD FX-8320 wich i dont plann on overclocking more like downclocking. I might use crossfire but never OC. Thank you guys infront !

Gigabyte is 90x chipset. ASrock is 990fx chipset.

So will i loose anything if i get the 990x instead the 990 FX ? I mean i know that the 990FX is the best one but i cant seem to find a comperation between them two.

There's not much difference. I'd prefer the Gigabyte. Its got 8+2 power phases compared to the Extreme 3's 4+1. 8+2 is a lot better for overclocking with.

Well as i said i wont OC but i want a good mobo that can handle the cpu without any bottleneck or so.
