Windows XP freezes for about 2 minutes after I click start->shutdown. So it takes 2minutes for XP to display the shutdown options. I have checked the event viewer and it seems to point the problem to some sort of DCOM error. I have supplied a screenshot of this error in the event viewer. It is unfortunately in finnish but it is basically saying that "a server (981...A4D) could not register with DCOM within a given time frame)
