Windows 7 x86 image

So I need a copy of Windows 7 x86 image to transfer Windows from one computer to another but Digital River seems to be down and the new Microsoft site won't let me download an image because it says the key is registered to a machine and to call that company and ask for a recovery disk....

Anyone know where I can find a x86 windows 7 image?

Call the company that built the computer and ask for/purchase a recovery disk or purchase a new Windows 7 license.

I am trying to avoid having to spend money on a new disk. All I am trying to do is transfer Windows 7 from PC 1 (which I am about to throw away) to PC 2 (which is running XP).

Obviously recovery disk wouldn't be of any help.

The OEM version of Windows 7 is tied to the original computer and cannot be moved. You are required to purchase a new Windows license.
