okay, so i have a part list that i'm considering. I am trying to get the best I can for my $700 budget. (I have not purchased any of these parts yet) Link to the list below..

What i want the most out of my build is to outperform the ps4 and Xbone and play most 2015 games at high settings, but i don't know much about building a PC because this is my first one. Any suggestions or alternative builds within my budget are appreciated :)

Build looks fine, except for 1 thing. AMD FX Cpus really don't come alive in performance until they are oc'd by a decent amount. 4.2-4.5GHz is a decent OC. This means you'll need a decent aftermarket cpu cooler (I'd get one anyways, amd stock cpu coolers are miniature freight trains)

Would you recommend any other CPU? If not ill go ahead and get a cpu cooler and OC

also, i noticed i have this compatibility issue " Some AMD 970 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Vishera CPUs." is that a big deal? im new to all this...
