Hello,

I just reinstalled windows 7 and installed network card drivers and was connected to the internet. Afterwards I downloaded Geforce experiance to update my graphics card driver when it prompted me to restart the computer I did, however now it doesnt connect to the internet anymore.

I've tried numerous things, but it got annoying so i decided to reinstall windows 7 again, installed the lan driver again but still no internet. When I do troubleshooting it comes back with the message: "Plug an Ethernet cable into this computer."
So i tried plugging the cable into my laptop to see if its broken, but the cable is fine.
Did the networkcard die during the reboot (what are the chances for it to go out when im re-installing my OS) after it working for 3-4 years without a problem. Or is it something else?
Could it be an issue with the modem/router? I've restarted them (unplugged power for 30 seconds and plugged it back in)

Some additional information:

- I had to reinstall windows since it gave some system32 error and it tried to do a startup repair, but that took more then 8 hours so i decided to just reinstall windows.
- My motherboard is a MSI p67A-GD65
- Network adapter: Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller.
- The little light on the back doesnt light up when cable plugged in.

Could it be broken? Could something in the bios be wrong? I really have no clue, I hope someone can help!
