Hello guys, i've come here from the italian community because i need possibly a fast answer, due to a nice sale i've seen on the graphic card i need. So sorry for any mistake i could possible make in writing :)

Now, my PC stats are right these atm:

motherboard: MSI Z97-G45 Gaming

cpu: Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5Ghz 6MB 1150 Haswell Refresh con GPU HD4600 84W BOX

ram: DDR3 1600Mhz PC12800 8GB Corsair Vengeance Low Profile 1.5V CL9 (2x4GB)

HDD: Western Digital 1TB WD1003FZEX 7200rpm 64MB Caviar Black SATA6

SSD: Crucial SSD M550 128GB 2.5 SATA III

(air) cooler: Noctua NH-U12P SE2 Special Edition

case :Corsair Carbide Series 300R Window

GPU: MSI GTX970 GAMING 4G DL-DVI-I/DL-DVI-D DisplayPort/HDMI Pci-Ex 3.0

Power supply: CX Series 80 Plus Bronze 750M 750W Modular

Now, the main question is: Is that power supply capable of managing a DOUBLE MSI gtx 970 in SLI? Assuming i won't overclock, or add anything else at the PC.
I heard this new maxwell tecnology is really efficient in terms of power, and that's why i was wondering if i can avoid buying a bigger PSU.

Secondary question: is 4k worth it for this configuration (after SLI, obviousely)?

Thank you in advance,
jacopus

Solution
Yes, that would be more than enough. Nice build by the way.

I can't provide advice on 4k I'm afraid as I have no experience with it.

Fantastic :) I tried one of the programs which measures the power consumption, and i got as max. 550-600W... i'm not an expert, maybe those programs are not the best but... 150W of difference are enough i guess! So i can buy my second GTX 970, thank you :)
