I'd say Yes. I however wouldn't have any smaller than 128gb. You can get 128gb SSD's for like £50 which isn't that expensive, if you don't mind what it looks like. It wont be nothing fancy looking for £50.

Other than that, I wouldn't go with anything below 128gb. Even if you don't use it all. It's there if you want to use it.
 
It's gona be okish. I've used 32GB drives before and windows will take up to half of the space (but if you use windows 8.1 then it will be less). Only enough room for a few programs/browsers and documents. But do not download any type of video lol.

I suggest the SAMSUNG 120GB 850 EVO for only $65. Way higher capacity and speed.
