Hyper 212 plus stock thermal paste good enough?

The stock paste that comes with most coolers is decent. Real cheap ones may come with the white goo that you might want to replace, but most come with a silver or aluminum based TIM that is reasonable.

Edit: you selected the Plus, not the EVO (a bang/buck Loser). Carry on...
