Which is most important for competitive FPS and MOBAs, respone time or refresh rate?

I have an 19 inch monitor I have been using with 60hz refresh rate and a 2ms response time.

I also own a 39inch LED Toshiba TV with a 144hz refresh rate but a 30ms respone time.

Would it be worth it for me to start using the Toshiba TV for gaming? Will the higher refresh rate cancel out the longer response time?

I have an R9-290 so I am confident I will be pushing past 60fps on most titles if I switched displays.

To be clear, I already own both displays. I am not looking to buy a new monitor. How would 60hz and 2ms compare to 144hs and 30ms?

There is no reality in which competitive gaming on a TV makes sense.
Response times higher than 5ms will ruin your experience. for competitive gaming a monitor with a 1ms response time and 144hz refresh rate is the best choice possible at the moment.

I am not looking to buy a new monitor, I am asking of the two I already own which one would give me an edge? 60hz with 2ms or 144hz and 30ms? One has to be better than the other and that is my question.
