Please help me with overclocking AMD Phenom X6 1100T

Hello everyone! I have a question about overclocking. What settings for overclocking my CPU, up to 4ghz, through BIOS is safe for my build? Beforehand thanks for advice.
My build:
• OS: Windows 7 Ultimate
• CPU: AMD Phenom X6 1100T
• GPU: Inno3D GeForce GTX 780 Ti iChill HerculeZ X3 Ultra 3072MB
• RAM: Kingston 8GB 1333mhz DDR3
• SSD: Samsung 256GB 840 PRO Series
• Cooling: Water cooler system Zalman LQ-315
• Case: Cooler Master CM Storm Stryker White w/ Window
• Mobo: Asus Sabertooth 990FX
• PSU: Aerocool Imperator 850W 80+ SILVER

So, do so at your own risk.

Since you have a Black Edition processor, it has an unlocked multiplier. In BIOS, disable turbo mode and increase the CPU clock multiplier one click at a time. Save and boot to Win. Run a stress test like prime95 or intel burn test while watching that temps don't consistently stay above 62C. If all is well, repeat.
Eventually, you will have an unstable OC (assuming temps allow). At that point you can probably gain a bit more by gently...
