Hello, I would really appreciate some help on this as this is my first build.
Motherboard - GA-78LMT-USB3
CPU - FX-4130
PSU - 500W Diablotek
I have followed the stickied no boot guide multiple times to no avail. The system is currently bread-boarded with just the PSU, Mobo, CPU, and HSF (No Ram & with Ram). When I try to boot up the fans rev up then drop slightly to a constant speed. No Post, No beeps, no display. Not sure what to do next, where should I start replacing things
