Does corsair link work with the H60 Hydro Series ?

I have an H60 an few high static pressure corsair fans.
-Corsair Rm 750 PSU
-One 120mm behind the radiator
-Two 120mm on the top of the case

Corsair link isn't allowing me to change the fan profiles from balanced, performance or quite.
The option isn't even there anymore.
It use to show the three profiles I mentioned, but after uninstalling and reinstalling the software, they're gone.
They didn't do anything when they were on the options, which is why I reinstalled corsair link to begin with.

I don't have the Corsair link digital cable or whatever it's called. It came with a chord that plugs into the "Type 3" slot in my psu and then it goes into a 3 and 4 pin connector.
I tried plugin the two top case fans into it but one would at full speed, all the time and I still had no control.

One problem is I have the pump plugged into the pwr fan header, so it will get full power at all times.
Is that why I can't control fan speeds ?

1)Is there any way I can plug the fan or pump into the cpu fan header and make it work ?

2) How can I set it up to allow me to control fan speeds through corsair link ?

3)How do i know which fans I'm controlling ?

Corsair link shows

-ASUSTek Motherboard Aux Fan IN1
-ASUSTek Motherboard Aux Fan IN0
-ASUSTek Motherboard System Fan
-ASUSTek Motherboard CPU AUX Fan Fan

The headers say CHA Fan 1,CHA Fan 2,CPU Fan 1 and CPU Fan OPT

Basically, Even if I get it working, I won't know what fan I'm controlling.

Solution
Corsair Link isn't designed to work with the H60.
On mine, I have the pump plugged into a fan header that is always set at 100%. You're correct, you don't want to run the pump at low voltage.
The stock Corsair rad fan that comes with the H60 is 4 wire (PWM) and is designed to be plugged into the CPU FAN header so it can be controlled by BIOS just like any other cooler fan. Any other case fans will depend on whether they are 3 wire or PWM.

Edit: I had mis-typed above. Where I said "you don't want to run the fan at low voltage", I really meant to type
you don't want to run the pump at low voltage". I have corrected it. I hope it didn't lead to any confusion.
