First of all, yes, this is the same build that was spamming the forums a week or 2 ago. I'm still getting things worked out on it, and several variations have come out of it. Right now, the most promising one is the water cooled one, here is the link. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/yf8LnQ
The problem is that there is a lot of conflicting information about water cooling. I know that I the water cooler is built right, it will outperform an air cooler without having a kilogram hanging off my motherboard. And it'll be quieter, which is something I'm looking for. Would anyone suggest a different CPU cooler? I'd like to stick with pre sealed for my first pc build, also.
On a related note, would it be worth the trouble to water cool my Gtx970? If so, what do I need to get?
Thanks in advance, I really apriciate the replies.

Solution
I would bother with water cooling the GPU, the 970s are very efficient and don't generate much heat which means they are not very loud either.

So the stock fans should be fine? I forgot to mention, I will probably overclock a tiny bit, just increasing the frequencies of the memory and such. Would that generate much more heat/noise?
