Suggest me CPU Cooler

ok im on asus mini-atx mobo b85 socket my proccessor is intel i5-4690 i wont overclock i just want better then the stock cooler and to be QUIET not to be noticeable but to be quiet dont have money for watercooler so suggest me pls :)

It's fairly inexpensive and because the fan is 120mm it isn't as loud as smaller fans that would have to work harder.

So...
Big fan = higher output at a lower speed = Quieter

The intel one should be doing just fine with that chip. When I built a system using that chip I stayed stock and the PC was silent. You may just need to adjust the tolerances in the bios to allow for higher temperatures prior to the fan ramping up.

Anything up to and even beyond 80C is fine. The computer shop guy is a dingus. You can get a new cooler if you want but intel would not sell you a cooler that could not work under all stock conditions. It is bad business. They anticipate gaming and high computing.

I also assume he said "under 50C"?
