Which one must i prefer? There is 25 dollar different in my country. MSI is more expensive.

MSI is more quiet than Sapphire? I asked this because my ex graphic card(MSI 560 ti hawk) is too noisy.

Solution
Given the choice, with AMD based cards, I generally choose Sapphire over MSI or pretty much any other brand unless there was a competing brand with a much better price at the time due to a sale or rebate. I'd personally go with the Sapphire card. I have that exact same card in another system, but it used to be in this rig, and it's quiet and performs well.

I currently have a Sapphire R9 290x which I'm also very much happy with.

For AMD cards go with Sapphire BUT keep in mind that some of the Dual-X had noisy coil whine. I've always used Sapphire for AMD cards and never a bad experience. Currently using Vapor-X R9 280X.
