Getting 1/2 Second Stuttering In Random Games

Hello, hoping someone can help me with this.

The past couple days my system seems to just start stuttering/freezing every 1/2 Seconds in some games I play. Games like Battlefield 4, Dying Light, Far Cry 4. Intensive games and they all do the same thing, stuttering every 1/2 second on the dot. I've tried reinstalling some drivers and that doesn't help, I didn't go too far back but I used the driver just before the latest Nvidia driver as that was stable for me. Didn't seem to help.

I suspected it's a HDD issue but I don't think it is as Dragon Age Inquisition runs just fine and that's on my HDD. Most games on my HDD run fine and on my SSD, it seems to be only a few that stutter. I'll try defragging my HDD later tonight and see if that helps any, but if anyone has any idea that would be greatly appreciated.

My Specs:

ASUS Maximus VII Hero Motherboard

GTX 780 TI Dual Classifed at Stock. Temps are fine when playing.

16gb of G.Skill Ripjaws at 1866Mhz at Stock

i7 4770k at stock. Temps are fine when playing.

RM750 Power Supply.

250GB SSD and 3TB 7200RPM HDD

I only figured it would be as it was the only thing that made sense. And that didn't really tell me anything that I didn't already know, sadly.
