is it possible to run two r7 260x in 500w PSU?

Technically speaking, you might be able to run 2 260Xs off a 500W, but there would be almost no room for error. For peace of mind, I'd get a 750W. It would handle everyday operations and gaming and the ability to start playing with overclocking if you wanted.

Aerocool is a tier-4 brand, which is not really suitable beyond basic gaming.
If you want dual 260X, you will most likely need a higher quality PSU.
It may work for a while but the PSU probably won't live long.
