Can i Add more RAM?

You can add another single stick, but there is a chance it might not play nice with the old stick of RAM.
If you want to almost guarantee the RAM will work and, to top it off, have a useful amount of RAM, it would be best to buy the 2x4GB pack.

What is your motherboard/system?
If you have another slot for the ram, you should be able to add another stick which is the same as your current one. Therefore adding another Corsair Value1x4gb 1600mhz will be fine, no need to get the 2x4gb package.

You may not be able to get a proper Dual Channel set up. However it should allow you to use it. Make sure if you can to match up timings.
Assuming you have a dual channel memory motherboard -
Only a 2 x 4gb ram kit is guaranteed to work. And really only those on the approved memory list for your motherboard.
But there's a fair chance other dual channel ram kits will work.
Whereas if you add another ram stick, even if its 100% identical - timings, speed, voltage - there's still a fair chance that it won't work.
And if you get a stick that isn't 100% identical then its highly unlikely to work.

My motherboard is Asus H81M-C and I5 4460.. But after hearing all of your thoughts... I think i will go to tech center while bring my CPU... And i will tell them to add 4gb ram... If it wont work.. I dont need to pay anything.. Right? (this kind of service is available if you bought your pc therr)
