i want to overclock my system but i have 2 problems(cpu cooling)

i have two problems with getting a new cpu cooling, my back plate is block and idk if i can fit a cpu cooler in my case. here are some pictures (don't mind the dust) btw am loking for best cpu cooler with both performance and quietness $100 or less

FULL PC SPECS

Case- Corsair Carbide Series 400R Mid-Tower Gaming Case

Dvd and Cd- Lite ON 24X DVDRW SATA OEM

Hard drive(HDD)- WD Caviar Blue 1TB SATA 6Gb/s Int 3.5 HDD

Motherboard- MSI 970A-G46 9 Series AM3+ Motherboard

Power Supply- Thermaltake SMART 550W 80Plus Bronze Power Supply

Processor(CPU)- AMD FX-8320 EIGHT-CORE 3.5GHZ 16MB 125W AM3+CPU

Memory(RAM)- GEIL EVO Veloce Series 8GB DDR3 1600MHz

Video Card(GPU)- GIGABYTE RADEON R9280X GDDR5- 3GB DVI-I/HDMIOC

Asus sabertooth am3+ or asus formula these are very high end boards for overclocking but are a bit pricey i havent seen a cheap board able to overclock a fx cpu keeping it stable best bet are these and get one of the coolers i suggested on top

i would worry more about the motherboard that board isnt very good for overclocking at all but the cooler i suggest the h100i and cryorig r1 it fits in the case and is good for overclocking and take out the motherboard to remove the cpu cooler bracket since it is blocked most cpu cooler will need you to take it off anyway

which motherboard do you recommend i did some research and found out that it sucks going to get a new one but i also need a good cpu cooler to go with it thanks
