I want to reset my motherboard? How?

I know you can do it in the BIOS
but if I reset it.. will I have to manually reset all of my things or will it just reset back to standard and I can just continue from there?

Or in the case with newer boards with UEFI bios ( recently purchased within 3-4 years) you can simply go and select load motherboard default settings. You wont have to modify setting in any way unless you have specific needs i.e. ram frequency or overclocking or select front panel output types etc. The board itself will load best known settings for the hardware installed.

You can always check support section of your motherboard vendor. They usually provide software download section in which you can find related utilities and latest bios files. Read the instructions provided by your vendor before attempting to update.
If all your hardware is working fine you wont need bios update. Newer bios in general provides support for bug fixes and support for newer CPUs and RAM SKUs.
