5450 is a pretty poor graphics card for gaming. I had one and it could only play games on low settings at 720p that too with only about 20fps in games like Crysis 2, Max Payne 3 etc.
I would suggest increasing your budget and getting atleast a Radeon R7 240 gddr5 graphics card. I would recommend Sapphire.
