I have all the componants that i want except for the motherboard

My budget is $200

I've made a list of what I can't decide between, hoping for some of you guys opinions

Gigabyte GA-Z97-D3H
MSI Z97-G45 Gaming ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Gigabyte GA-Z97X-Gaming 3 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
ASUS Z97-A ATX LGA 1150 Motherboard

Go with either the Asus or one of the 2 Gigabyte boards, the higher end MSIs are good but their lower end models still have issues.

I have the Asus Sabertooth Mark 1; very good board but is a little more than your budget. Its really user friendly and the app that it comes with makes it easy to set up your case fan and thermal fan. The thermal guard on there is a bit of an overkill. My first board of choice was going to be the MSI Gaming 7 which is on Tier 1 list so that would be in your budget range.

How is overclocking with the asus and gigabyte boards because i plan to do some
