Best gpu under 250?

I have been looking at the 750 ti but before i buy it i want to be sure im getting the most bang for my buck.

The 750 ti is more of a budget build GPU, still decent.

If you are willing to do mail in rebates then you can get a R9 290 for $240 roughly ($260 without), which is probably the best card you can get around the $250 price point.

+1, if you don't mind the mail-in rebate, that R9 290 is on a damn good sale, and is a faster card.
