I have a HAF912 case which currently runs two 200mm fans (one for intake in the front, one exhaust on the top) and one 120mm exhaust fan in the back.
Since I don't have any 5.25 devices I have four open slots in the case that I am going to install a fan into, and because there is so much extra length in the 5.25 bays I was thinking you could actually add a FEW fans in there, for possible increased airflow ? I have 4 extra 120mm silent LED fans that seem like they would mount easily into the 5.25 bays with some zipties - but I wasn't sure if lining them up one after another would create problems or not. If it will, I can just put one in there and call it a day, but I have a fan controller with extra outlets and extra fans too so I figured why not ? Is this just a stupid idea ?
