Hi all!

I'm going to buy a GTX 960 and my question is what is the difference? I mean there is one card Gigabyte base: 1165 MHz / boost: 1228 MHz
And an Evga: base: 1279 MHz boost: 1342 MHz

So... can I feel the difference? That extra 114 Mhz? Price difference is 40$.
And there is an other card MSI with boost 1279 Mhz. Price difference almost 50$.

The cheapest one has only 1 fan. The most expensive has 2. And I know more fun means more cooling which means I can OC more. I never OC anything and i don't really want to so... it isn't a viewpoint.

Thx for advance the answers :)

In some games that are marginal with certain in-game settings, the faster clock speed may allow you to go to the next setting. I just bought this EVGA GTX 960 FTW: http://www.evga.com/Products/Product.aspx?pn=02G-P4-2968-KR
While it is rated as 1304 MHz Base Clock/1367 MHz Boost Clock, mine actually runs at 1480 MHz Boost Clock. And that's with no OC'ing.
The card out-perfoms my previous R9-280 in the games I have benchmarked.
