Seasonic SS400BT good enough for my config???

I ordered Seasonic SS400BT 400 watts. Want to know is it sufficient and good enough for my current config ass soob as possible:

Gigabyte Motherboard
intel pentium g620 2.6ghz
160gb 7200 rpm hdd
1TB 7200 rpm hdd

integrated intel hd 2000 graphics
one small fan that comes with the case
4gb ddr3 corsair ram
1 all in one cd dvd drive

is this psu good..

It will work just fine. Seasonic is an excellent quality, and your rig uses somewhere between 150-200W under full load anyway, so you are all good. You can even use a discrete graphics card with it, as long as you get one below 100W TDP.
