Basically the game will randomly freeze or lock up, without any warning and no particular pattern. It freezes and the weird sound bug you used to get years ago in win98 games that repeats the last second of sound over and over. Only way I can close it or get it off the active window is to open task manager and close it. Alt tab doesn't do anything.

I also sometimes get a weird sound bug where everything sounds like static or squeaky. just like this guys video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CgEIzszIGpU although it's never quite as bad as his. only some sounds will make that noise, whilst other sounds will be fine and normal.
I've validated game files, reinstalled the game, driver updates, stress test (no problems). works fine with other games, been playing a lot of hearthstone all day with no problems.
Guys, what do?
I posted my issue on an ESEA board and got a few guys telling me to run theses tests but they didn't get back to me with anything else. These are the results below.

latencymon results: (only issues happened when i first loaded the game. when the game froze or bugged, latencymon didnt report anything out of the ordinary.)

Also scored about 61.9 fps and 2500 score on unigine valley maxed out, no issues.
Got this dumped into my console also, had it before reinstalling the game and before validating the game files. now i'm getting it after, like it keeps deleting the materials :S

I might add that all of these problems don't happen every time I load the game up. They vary, sometimes I'll get the sound bug and no skins. Other times I'll just get no skins. But the game will still just randomly freeze without any warning. It's like a time bomb. It's almost like the game keeps gradually corrupting itself. I'll validate the files and it'll run fine for the first time running with no issues. But if I close the game and reopen it or it's crashed, it starts to get worse.
