I cant seem to test boot my new mobo, need some quick help please!

Hello guys, I can't seem to test boot my Z97 PC mate, everything seems to be connected and plugged in. I'm using a Seasonic 620 fully modular power supply.

**Mobo: Z97 Pc Mate

**CPU: G3528 Pentium

**Ram: Hyperx 8gb 1600

**PSU: Seasonic 620 fully modular Bronze edition.

disconnect all drive cables. remove all cards except for videocard unless you have onboard video. remove all ram except for 1 stick. reseat both power cables from psu onto motherboard. also clear the cmos as found that to work sometimes to kickstart a stubborn system. turn on the powersupply switch on back of case then press the case power button. post results.
