DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE BSOD in Windows 7 x64

ok, you have memory from two different manufactures so you will want to update the BIOS or reset it to defaults and run memtest86 to confirm the BIOS settings for the timings are ok. also update as many of the various drivers for your machine as you can from the toshiba website. if you still get a power state failure bugcheck after this you will most likely have to run windows control panel, find the device and disable putting it to sleep. Most likely a bug in the BIOS or electronics of the machine.
------------
the first bugcheck was caused because this device did not power down correctly.

it is Atheros network adapter driver. The problem is based on the driver date it should have worked so you have another problem.

drivers:
lots of custom drivers loaded. (50+)
I would remove tuneuptuilities until you figure out your bugcheck problem.

go to the toshiba website and update the BIOS and as many of these custom drivers as you can. you have toshiba drivers from 2009 installed, I would hope they have updates. be sure to update the USB 3.0 drivers from the same website, you have old ones from 2011 installed.
you have a 2008 ENE CIR Driver (looks like toshiba supplied driver)

Ok I'd updated my bios, some few drivers and removed Tuneup Ultilities. I'll leave memtest running overnight today. Thanks :)

Update: I ran memtest and didn't get any errors and I just found out that it usually happens when my laptop is in sleep state.
