Move OS to ssd

Can I move my os from my HDD to a SSD? This is my SSD.

You can not move OS's the moment you are running them. I would suggest Re-installing the OS on the SSD again.

No. If your laptop came with an OS installed if you get your laptop to where you bought it, they could be able to give you a copy of Windows and install them with the S/N on the bottom of your laptop.

Or i think, you can download windows 8 free and activate them with your S/N under the laptop
