Adaptive Vsync Half Refresh Rate

Good Afternoon everyone

For example does this enable vsync for framerates above 30 fps or does it lock the fps at 30, could someone please explain adaptive vsync half refresh rate for me please.

Ya at half refresh rate it will lock it at half the refresh rate of your monitor. You can just run adaptive vsync it will lock it at 60fps and vsync will be active and deactivate when it drop below to help with lag due to frame variances.

There are a lot of other programmes you can use to lock your fps, like MSI afterburner for example, you can lock to fps at 50 if you want.

so the framerate will be locked at 30?
is there anyway to have vsync on if there framerate is mostly around the 50ish mark
