Should I Buy Another PSU?

I have the Corsair AX850 from three years ago. I'm building either 2 Titan X, 2 R9 390X or perhaps 2 GTX 980ti/990. I'm upgrading my ASUS P8Z68-V PRO/GEN3 to the Asus ROG Hero VII. I'm also getting the i7-4790K.

My current computer is acting strange the last year. It won't turn on if I turn it off. I don't want to turn off the computer anymore. It takes days for "whatever" to (I guess) discharge the bad electricity. Ever since the first power outage caused by my neighbor's burnt out microwave or whatever, my computer would need a few seconds to discharge before it turned on but now it can take whole day. You know, turn off PSU, hold power button on PC for so many seconds to discharge. Do you think it's probably the part of the PSU that turns on the computer is worn out?

When my computer is on, it runs fine, just like when I first bought it.

Look for bulged compactors. That's where you can tell.

I would recommend yes, just buy a new one. 850 watts would be perfectly fine for your setup. How long is your PC on every day for? :)

For about 2 weeks straight. The Corsair AX850 does have a 7 year warranty. Should I just RMA it? I'm a beginner but I should get one of those gadget to test the part of the PSU that turns on the computer?

I wouldn't think it's a "turning on" issue because turning things on requires power right? ;)

Okay. I'll make my question clearer. Do you think it is my PSU that is causing the problem?

Someone said maybe the purple wire or whatever wire that powers on the motherboard maybe worn out, not broken. I'm asking you for your opinion.
