Should I use multiple partitions or a single partition? (Secondary drive)

I have a new 2TB secondary drive, and I'm unsure if I should use a single partition, or multiple partitions.
I'll be using the drive for some games I don't play very often, HD videos/films, and some video conversion/editing. All I'll be doing for the conversion/editing is setting new start/stop points to films/videos, changing formats and changing to a smaller resolution.

So I could:
A - Use a single partition
B - Use two partitions, one for games and one for everything else
C - Use three partitions, one for games, one for editing/conversion, and another one for the films/videos

Which would be the best option?

Solution
For a secondary disk, that you probably don't want to do image backups on, I don't know of any benefits for multiple partitions.

For archiving purposes so that your files are not scattered. You can use Letter C in your choices or use a single partition and create a folder each for GAMES, EDIT or VIDEOS its all up to you.
