I am going to need a laptop for school next year and I was wondering if I should get the razer blade or the MacBook pro. I am looking at the New Razer Blade or the 15 inch retina MacBook pro. They are both $1999. I will be using to for video editing, Photoshop, writing up papers and light gaming. I have a desktop (PC) where I do all my heavier gaming and I was wondering which one I should get. Also recommendations for other laptops are welcome.

@Okcnaline I would play hearthstone on this and maybe csgo. I normally play battlefield and many other games that are on my computer. I make videos for school and on my own. I am not that worried about the price of these computers but I want a thin light laptop that I can do some light gaming on. I would also bring it to lan party's that my friends host I stead of my desktop.

I'm curious, what are you going to get? I'm in the same boat as you and can't decide. The only downside I see the the razer blade is the battery life.
