I have a Lenovo Yoga 2 pro with 120gb of storage. right now I only have 20gb left. Is there a difference in performance if you compare 120gb to 20gb? And is it huge?

You won't notice a performance difference, I'm pretty sure you have an SSD and many people will warn you that if you fill up an SSD to a certain point you will lose performance but a lot of SSD manufacturers take this into account and sell their drives with reduced quantities to ensure performance. 120 vs 128, 240 vs 256, etc...

I wouldn't worry about performance loss in your situation.
